How to Order

We accept checks, money orders, PayPal, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. If you've paid by PayPal, please let us know when you place your order.

Pay by either PayPal or credit card.

Credit cards: We suggest that instead of emailing your credit card information, you call and give it to us, or leave it on our voice mail. If you prefer to email it, split the information up into 2 or 3 emails. If you're a regular customer, we can keep your credit card information in a confidential file on request.

Gift certificates are available in any amount from $10.00 up.
When ordering a gift certificate, please be sure to include the recipient's name and address.

Guarantee
Everything we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. Merchandise (other than books) may be returned in original, undamaged condition within 30 days of our shipping date for replacement, refund, or credit.
Books can be accepted for return ONLY if returned in new, "unread" condition. Books must be returned within 14 days of our shipping date.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have made a mistake on your order.

If you would like to be on our list to receive occasional special e-mail offers and updates, just let us know. Your name and e-mail address will be kept confidential, and you will not be spammed.
Privacy Policy
All information we receive from you is completely confidential. We will not sell, rent, or disclose it to anyone else. We believe you are entitled to privacy.
Sales Tax
If you're a resident of Colorado, add 4.2% (.042) sales tax.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are cast and filled in the order in which they are received.
We do not keep a large pre-cast inventory of figures and terrain items on hand. This allows us to keep your costs down.
Average turnaround time (time between receipt and shipping date) for cast items is 10 - 15 business days. Be sure to add shipping time to your estimate of when you will receive your order. For faster service, order by phone or email, and/or pay by credit card, PayPal, or money order.
Rush Orders
We make every effort to ship rush orders in time for a birthday, convention, etc. Please give us as much notice as possible. Gift certificates are also available.
Shipping Method
Orders to addresses within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail. Allow approximately 4 business days for your order to reach
you after shipment.
Orders to addresses outside the U.S. are shipped via the U. S. Post Office. (See below.)
Foreign Orders
Please pay in U.S. funds by PayPal or credit card, check drawn on a U.S. bank, or postal money order. We recommend
paying by PayPal or credit card for convenience.
We ship airmail and charge you only the actual shipping cost. (To help you figure shipping costs, the estimated shipping charge is 40% of your net order, but you will be charged the actual amount.)
Minimum shipping charges mean that small orders are relatively expensive to ship.
On orders paid by check or money order, we will issue you a credit for any excess shipping paid, or bill you in advance for shipping due if that's easier for you.
Other Information
Non-lead pewter
All our figures are made from non-lead pewter.
Our merchandise is not intended for use by children.
Small items, such as figures, may present a choking hazard to young children or pets.
